Use of the Service
Debtorlab is a business software product for debt collection and account workflow management. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any written agreement you have with Debtorlab.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.
Google Sign-In and Connected Services
When you use Google sign-in or connect a Google service to Debtorlab, your use of those features is also subject to the permissions you grant through Google's OAuth consent screen.
You may revoke Debtorlab's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. Information handled through Google-connected features is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Debtorlab to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse data obtained through the service or connected third-party services.
Availability and Changes
Debtorlab may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Intellectual Property
Debtorlab and its related content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Debtorlab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debtorlab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Debtorlab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Debtorlab if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
